Robbins Russell Appellate Practice Recognized in Multiple National Publications

The National Law Journal, Chambers USA, and Legal 500 US have all recognized Robbins Russell's appellate practice in 2011 as a national leader.
The National Law Journal publishes an annual "Appellate Hot List." According to the 2011 edition, published in April, the publication "recognizes firms that made exemplary contributions to appellate practice during the past year." Seventeen firms were recognized in 2011. Robbins Russell was the smallest of the 17. The publication took note of recent successes by Alan Untereiner, Mark Stancil, and Roy Englert in the Supreme Court of the United States and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
The 2011 edition of Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business recognizes 20 firms nationwide as leaders in appellate law. Chambers states that Robbins Russell is "highly prized for its ability to handle everything from trial to appellate litigation, antitrust and government investigations and enforcement proceedings." Chambers singles out Larry Robbins, Roy Englert, and Alan Untereiner as lawyers with nationwide appellate reputations.
The 2011 edition of The Legal 500: The Clients' Guide to the US Legal Profession recognizes 22 firms nationwide as leaders in appellate law, and places Robbins Russell within the top 10 among those 22. Individual lawyers praised by the publication include Roy Englert, Mark Stancil, and Larry Robbins.
