Robbins Russell Elects New Partner Ariel Lavinbuk

Robbins, Russell, Englert, Orseck, Untereiner & Sauber LLP is pleased to announce that Ariel N. Lavinbuk has been elected partner. Ariel is the firm’s first partner to have spent his entire career in private practice at Robbins Russell. He is a trial and appellate lawyer with a broad commercial practice, and particular expertise in a diverse set of areas that includes intellectual property licensing and litigation; creditors’ rights and fraudulent transfer law; and the resolution of international disputes in U.S. courts. Ariel joined the firm in 2007, after serving as a law clerk for the Hon. Stephen F. Williams of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. He earned his law degree from Yale Law School and his Bachelors and Masters degrees in international relations, with honors, from Stanford University.
