KATHRYN S. ZECCA is a trial and appellate litigator. She has handled a variety of civil and criminal matters, concentrating on accountants’ liability, securities litigation, and employment litigation. She has represented clients in federal and state courts, as well as before the SEC and other regulatory agencies. She also has prepared numerous appellate briefs in the United States Supreme Court as well as numerous federal and state appellate courts. Prior to joining Robbins Russell, Kathy worked as an associate with Mayer, Brown & Platt from 1998 to 2001 with Irell & Manella LLP from 1995 to 1998. Kathy worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Harold H. Greene of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia from 1994 to 1995. Kathy received a B.S. in foreign service, cum laude, from Georgetown University in 1991, and a J.D., with honors, from the University of Chicago Law School in 1994, where she was a
member of the University Chicago Law Review. Admitted in the District of Columbia and California.
