Zachary Ferguson is a trial and appellate litigator. Before joining Robbins, Russell in 2019, Zach served as a law clerk to the Honorable Gerald Bard Tjoflat of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Before law school, Zach worked as a middle school math and science teacher in Detroit, Michigan through Teach for America.

Zach is admitted to practice in New York.  He is currently not admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and is supervised by principals of the firm.
