Robbins Russell Wins Appeal in Federal Circuit to Reopen Bidding on 19.5 million Radar Deal

On October 23, 2015, the Federal Circuit court affirmed a ruling by the U.S. Court of Federal Claims rejecting Raytheon’s challenge of the U.S. Air Force’s decision to reopen bidding on a $19.5 million radar contract.  The firm represented client Northrop Grumman in the company’s successful bid protest before the GAO and then in the federal court litigation affirming the Air Force’s decision to reopen the bidding.
